Just in case you forgot

SallieMae causes me to have severe loan-rage. I have two loan payments, each due 10 days apart. I have to make two online transactions each month. Although typically I make them at the same time, I want to make one payment. According to the representative I just tried to speak with, it is not possible for them to accept one full payment and split it between the two loans, nor can they consolidate those two loans. Of course, I did not understand why that is not possible because the rep speaks some other language clearly not native to Indiana.

I did, however, understand this: "SallieMae can not do for you. You pay online now?"

Don't tell me to play nice. I'm about ready to kick someone's ass today.
